Job Description:

  1. Manpower Planning & Budgeting - assisting HR Head in preparation of P&B budget and manpower planning as per the business norms

  1. Recruitment - Execution of the end to end recruitment of the employees on time, joining formalities and inductions as per BHR guidelines.

  1. Training & Development - Identifying training needs through Needs Analysis, designing and executing the Training Calendar and Training Programs; conducting programs in association with trainers & consultants for improved productivity & quality enhancement

  1. Facilitate Talent Management as per BHR guidelines

  1. Facilitate Performance management - Goal setting process to Annual Appraisal process and executing Annual Compensation Review (ACR) of all employees as per BHR guidelines

  1. Drive business and unit-level employee engagement interventions and conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction

  1. Drive the effective implementation of HR policies

Qualifications:
Diploma in HRD&M
Minimum Experience Level:
2-5 Years
