Operate the Auxiliary department during the duty hours to ensure smooth operations maintaining Spinbathand salt quality, quantity and delivery at optimum cost, ensuring plant safety and environmental compliance.
1.Continuous improvement in quality.
2.Reduction in cost of production.
3. Innovation for taking quantum leap in to new product development, cost reduction, quality improvement & increased productivity. All the main process plants i.e. Viscose, Spinning & Auxiliary have to operate in synchronism to achieve all such desired results.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Supporting Actions
Ensure production of consistent quality of Spinbath in line with requirement of spinning process in order to meet customers requirement of fibre quality.
- Ensure production of consistent quality of Sodium Sulphate in line with customers expectation to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with spinning shift in-charge to plan for optimum Spinbath conditions.
- Operate the plant following the standard operating procedures.
- Ensure consistent Spinbath and salt output by continually monitoring parameters.
- Take corrective actions in case of identified deviations in plant operation , safety & environment.
- Record all observations especially deviations in designated log books.
- Inform concerned in case of unsolvable issues.
- Supervise the performance of subordinates to check adherence to SOPs.
Complete the administrative requirements
-Assign roles to available manpower.
- Call up reserve manpower in case of shortfall for planned jobs.
- Supervise additional planned jobs and monitor progress
and quality of work.
- Ensure safety while working.
- Ensure continuity in shift operation through complete communication with the preceding & succeeding shifts.
WCM / TPM initiatives
-Ensure implementation of autonomous maintenance practices through regular monitoring of LLF logbook & lubrication schedule etc.
- Regular participation in L1 team meetings & updation of L1 team activity boards
- Regular updation & analysis of identified control charts & alarms.

2-4 Years
