• Conduct Investment Awareness Program for at least 300 people in a month.
• The initiative will be management end to end activities by the incumbent.
• It will involve interaction with Corporates, Institutions, Societies and tie-up for group presentation.
• Oversees customer outreach programs for assigned geographic areas; strategic communications, and customer engagement tools; and updates tools/plans as necessary
• Source target audience for financial awareness program.
• Responsible for developing and implementing all outreach and marketing activities, campaigns, and strategies to promote programs. This can be done through a combination of personal contacts, brochures, public presentations, special events etc.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with local community / administration.
• Serves as subject-matter expert on sound banking and finance knowledge.
• Minimum target audience should be 30 noa.
• Training per session will be for 2 hours.
• Serves as the lead for customer outreach programs to target audiences in assigned geographic areas and interacts with the public at a variety of outreach events.
• Responds to public inquiries and provides customer information in a timely and courteous manner; provides appropriate information within the area of assignment; responds quickly and effectively to enquiry, comments or complaints.
