Market Job Description
Reporting into the US/Regional Technology Financial Planning & Analysis Head as well as the Finance Lead for Global Delivery & CFO for India and Philippines, the India Senior Finance Leader will be a key member of the Technology Finance team. This position, at a Senior Vice President level, will be key to making sure that we support the Technology India region financials with strong connectivity to our financial processes and Technology CFO Organization. This position will also help build out the support functions for Technology Finance as a strategic staffing strategy. Some of the key responsibilities include:
  • Technology CFO will support India and the US Regional Technology Finance Organization
  • Build and align the support functions based on the US/Regional Technology Finance organizational structure
  • Create a high performing Technology Finance team in India that can work on all facets of the Technology Finance function
  • Deliver data and information aligned to operating SLA's to ensure that we have defined deliverables with quality control and timing
  • Effectively communicate with all the global finance teams and the local India team to keep everyone on the same page with team and individual goals, priorities and overall organizational responsibilities
    This leader will be responsible to support the local Technology India leadership team for all business management and financials. The leader will also need to build out and operationalize the support functions for the domestic Technology Finance organization. There will be reporting relationships to the Head of India Finance, to the Head of Technology in India and the Head of FP&A of Technology Finance and ultimately to the CFO of Technology Finance.

  • Build out the right management structure in India to support the technology finance organizational operating model
  • Support all functions of Technology Finance including Business Support, FP&A, Vendor Financial Operations, Workforce Analytics, Allocations and Expense Initiatives to name a few
  • Operate with SLA's and measure them against metrics for continuous improvements
  • Create a communication and engagement process, managing to tight deliverables and effectively handling shifts in priorities and deliverables.
  • Partner with senior Technology Finance and functional stakeholders globally and in India to contribute towards meeting the overall technology and technology finance goals and objectives.

Market Skills and Certifications
  • Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance, CFA or higher qualifications.
