It comprises all field execution activities that involve face-to-face contact with bank officials & clients. This position is to build a business by identifying prospects, helping convert the prospects to clients. It involves developing and managing excellent rapport with existing clients and leveraging on goodwill for furthering the business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The candidate will have to meet bank official / legal officers & meet them on a daily / week / monthly basis to collect or drop reports.
He should be able to present business opportunity and generate references from our Admin –cum Senior data executives (SDE) & Junior data entry (JDE)
He will be planning and reporting back for all he's given schedule daily, weekly and monthly basis to meeting clients with approved responses scheduled.
The candidate should be self-motivated and enthusiasm for work.
Able to coordinate with the client regarding the requirement.
Do systematic client follow up and interact with the client on a weekly basis until closure.
He should also be able to understand the requirement and recommend solutions.
Accurately record and prepare reports of all prospects/client information in company formats.
Interact effectively and professionally with clients and other department staff by providing support, information, and guidance.
Exhibit the flexibility necessary to multi-task, and perform client identification in multiple locations as needed.
Execute full process from taking an appointment to complete information collation
Excellent time management
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call report etc
Maintain professional knowledge by attending organization training, establishing personal networks and should be able to develop next down line assistant.

Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years sales experience in any field and with a concept sale co-ordinations
Internship experience and previous entry-level experience will as be considered as working experience for this role.
Should be young & energetic between 22 to 40 years with pleasing personality and manners.
Should be able to speak clearly and write and speak in Tamil & English
Should have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license & An android mobile Etc
Driving and Travel requirements: Up to 90 % travel within the assigned territory. Also, the conveyance will be paid on a daily and weekly basis.
Working hours: Flexible hours but daily presence must in the morning & evening. Average weekly 5 days need to be in the fieldwork and 1 day for Report and weekly review meeting.
The candidate who got experience in car driving with a valid license will be the priority.
It is crucial that you build up and maintain good relationships with all your existing customers
you will come into daily contact with a wide range of people, and you usually have the
freedom to organize your own work.
However, you must support team weekly or monthly sales that are agreed with the admin.
The priority candidate for business development – i.e work can often involve you traveling long distances to visit clients, with short stays away from home.
The pay rates given below are approximate :
*Starting as Assistant Field Executive (AFE) for 1st to 3rd month’s basic, i.e from 2nd month onwards will be eligible for the incentive.
*If found with experience: from 2nd month Junior Field Executive (JFE) based on overall satisfaction will be raised decently+ incentive - Fast learner and passion for eligibility of next level & market research to identify successful conversation possibilities. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Handling and meetings with potential clients and listening/focus to their wishes and concerns. Basis capacity of Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*If found with matured in Independently handling capacity: will earn from 3rd month onwards based as Senior Field Executives (SFE) on overall satisfaction with a command on team build capacity salary will be raised decently+ special.
