Job Description

Handling Front office activities and assisting Admin & HR apart from these the below points should be part of the KRA

1. Answering all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
2. Maintaining incoming document register.
3. Taking attendance of Staffs and share the data with HR & Admin on monthly basis.
4. Receive letters, packages etc. and arrange to distribute them.
5. May schedule and set appointments for executives and high-level managers
6. Greet visitors and notify employees that guests have arrived & assuring tidiness of reception area.
7. Schedule meetings and conference room booking and maintaining booking register.
8. All calls related to Staffs and Administration and also connecting System support vendors 
9. Managing office stationary usage & assisting articles with stationary supports.
