Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to product and app usage.
• Handle all the customer queries through call, WhatsApp or email.
• Call up the clients to subscribe to the product, to approve the rebalancing of the product or if they miss executing the call send through app notifications, email or message.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that he/she can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal team as and when necessary.
