Role/Responsibilities
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
Responsible to achieve the set target
Market research to develop the business,
Identify new client through various social media’s, Cold calling and successful conversions
Client Interaction, Introducing Business Profile, Contract Agreement and Order Finalization, attend meeting with clients or fix up meeting with company’s HR (Domestic /Overseas) as per the requirement.
Client acquisition from multi disciplined industries like Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, Refineries, EPC Projects, Building, Roads and Infrastructure Projects, IT, pharmaceuticals, Construction, Healthcare, Consumer, Education, Agriculture, Banking etc...
Cold calling to clients (PAN India) and successful conversions
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Job Requirements
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed

1-5 years Client Acquisition experience in Recruitment Industry / HR Services

                                   PUNE (Picasso Plaza, Above Jyoti Restaurant, NIBM, Ahead of Lulla Nagar Chowk)

Work Hours   :  9.30 a.m. – 6.30 p.m.
Work Days     :  SOUTH DELHI (5.5 Days, All Saturdays half day)
                                   PUNE (6 Days, 1st & 3rd Saturday Holiday)
