Job Description

  • Develop knowledge of the culture, business and political background of the countries responsible for, together with an understanding of consumer tastes.
  • Generate lead and Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from new and existing markets/countries.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate the international shipment of goods based on analysis of currency fluctuation, EXIM policies, etc.
  • Ensure compliance to all organisational policies and procedures.
  • Planning and managing the company’s export budget efficiently.
  • Design and Implement effective export strategies for increasing width and depth of market penetration.
  • Monitor all finances, currency processes, transactions, documentation and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
  • Handling the complete supply chain process & related Parties, Custom House Agent, Freight Forwarders, Courier Etc.
  • Prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities.
  • Identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
  • Represent the organization in external relations.
  • Visit and actively participate in the International Exhibitions, Trade fairs, Expos, Conferences to build and maintain good international client relationship
