Role: Executive - Office Administration/Facility Manager

Male with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar job profile will be preferred. You must be focused, with an attention to details and must be result oriented. A high degree of fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
To be available to handle admin/logistics duties of the company to assist the operations and warehouse department at odd hours
An ability to make independent decisions and an aptitude towards setting up systems and processes for the efficient functioning of the department are desirable.
You must have leadership capabilities and must be able to multitask towards meeting objectives in a timely manner.
A thorough knowledge of computer operation and day-to-day usage of Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is an absolute must.
Job Description:

-Prepare purchase orders, estimates & invoices
-Booking Labour, transport for within Delhi and other cities for shows/events
-Should know the knowhow of basic banking
-Prepare customs documentation and ATA Carnet documentation
-Correspond with clients, associates & suppliers
-Manage travel & hotel bookings for office staff
-Oversee housekeeping and kitchen / pantry facilities and upkeep of office
-Shop for office supplies and stationary, etc.
-Manage vendors and maintain relevant documentation, Vendor management includes selecting and developing vendors for meeting various facility requirements of organisation.
-Create streamlined processes for efficient functioning of admin/logistics department
-Deftly managing overall Administration functions across the organisation

-Facility management for the organisation
-Supervising Qc department and coordinating with the warehouse and admin dept.
