Position Overview

Autodesk is currently hiring Executive Engagement Program Manager who are responsible for leading the development, implementation, execution and measurement of targeted account-focused executive experience programs in collaboration with account-based marketing team. The Executive Engagement program pairs Autodesk's executive staff with our top accounts. You will support the execution of meetings and events, research and provide detailed account and customer profiling, track engagements, manage key invitations to customers for targeted programs such as Leadership Forums, Executive Roundtables, track measurements of success and report on winning engagements/best practices. We want a strong communicator and writer who also has exceptional project management skills. The successful candidate is a self-directed professional with cross-team collaborative skills, and has a demonstrated record of accomplishment in working on high-touch executive engagement programs and events, preferably within the software industry. You are expected to manage multiple deadlines and synthe information across a portfolio of programs and events while working closely with the program lead, sales, field marketing and operations teams. As the Executive Engagement Program Manager for APAC and Japan, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders for any program execution to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business goals. You will have opportunity to collaborate with teams across the region and globally, as well as be a key contributor to Autodesk's success in the region.

  • Help manage the strategic engagement of Autodesk's top customers in APAC

  • Execute C-level high touch programs with operational excellence

  • Manage the production of event agendas from start to finish, including innovating new event experiences, content and formats

  • Assist and drive direct event coordination, including workshops, summits, webinars

  • Develop and create marketing assets like eDMs and landing pages

  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, lead upload, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

  • Work with external stakeholders (agencies, vendors) to ensure alignment with Autodesk marketing programs

  • Managing marketing budgets for allocation and PO creation

  • Assist in researching and implementing new communications methods, processes and tools

  • Ensure alignment of program across sales, field marketing, operations and various stakeholder teams through a cadence of communication

  • Evangelize and promote high touch C-Suite executive engagement portfolio to internal and external constituents

Minimum Qualification

  • Undergraduate Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution in Business, or Marketing or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years B2B demand generation/field marketing experience with proven executive engagement specific knowledge and skills

  • Exceptional oral communication and writing skills/experience

  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is critical.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new subject matter quickly

  • Excellent Powerpoint skills

  • Data-driven analytics mindset with strong excel skills

  • Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines highly organized with extreme attention to detail

  • Experience in using Adobe Analytics and Salesforce

  • Possesses executive presence, a strong professional work ethic, and business acumen

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of entire communications process, including graphics and production

  • Conversant with Facebook and other social media for business
