Job Description

• Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries using the standard guidelines.
• Acting a single point of contact for the assigned Customers
• Making of Cold calls for new-business as well as existing accounts.
• Following it up calls with existing customer for consistent Shipments
• Maintaining and building long term relationships with key account customers via phone calls, emails, and job quality follow up.
• Addressing client problems and also answering to their general inquiries & complaints.
• Getting the rates from liners/agents
• Providing rate quotations to Customers for Air export/import as well as Sea Freight Shipments.
• Following it up with Customers & Agents for Consignments as well as Pre-alert
• Coordinating with Pricing desk for Rates
• Updating to Customers on their cargo status on regular basis.
• Dealing with all customers of assigned Sales Persons import and export for both ( SEA & AIR )
• Creating Consignment / Job in Online Package ( Cargo wise)
• Updating Consignment details and tracking it in online
• Following it up with CHA for clearance status, Customers for outstanding
• Updating to Customers on their cargo status on regular basis.
• Coordinating with liners for booking status
• Following up with documentation team until the DO release
• Tracking of shipment status and releasing the B/L.
• Maintaining & updating customer contacts and list
• Any other relevant duties or responsibilities that may be assigned time to time.
