• Responsible for New client engagement and key account management
• To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing /Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
• Responsible for getting new business with existing relationships as well as penetrating the accounts and adding new LOB.
• Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals getting the MOUs done.
• Preparation and execution of business plan & developing strategies to up-sell and cross-sell in the clientele.
• Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all Clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and old customers on a continual basis through a high volume.
• Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.
• Track weekly calls and appointments.
• Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients; effectively represent company at various professional forums / Levels.
• Ability to negotiate rates / salaries, convince clients within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology

Good experience in contingent (Contract) staffing.
