EUS Team Lead

Experience: 3 to 4 years 
Job Location: Mumbai
Preferred: Trained/Certified/clear concept on ITIL, Microsoft/A+/N+ certification, Worked on renowned service desk and remote control tool. 

Job Role:

  • Resolves customer escalations as appropriate.
  • Manages the staff and activities involved with verifying work schedules and attendance records; conducting performance evaluations; providing coaching, counseling, and discipline; and resolving personnel related issues.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for internal and external clients for any operational questions, issues or concern.
  • Performs all required reporting and service level deliverables to include ensuring collection goal attainment.
  • Responsible to manage and support Level 2 and Level 3 issues of end user support team.
  • Responsible for the services related to the site which include Hardware, Software, Vendor Liaison, Asset, Access, Patch of end user systems.
  • Day to day management of service through Sapphire service desk tool based on ITIL best practices.
