Job Description

Position Overview
RCA domain is responsible for :
· Interacting with regulators globally and understanding, interpreting and advising whole bank on regulatory adherence.
· Compliance: Responsible for managing control room function, position reporting to regulators, ensure independent validation and verification of Trading Policies, Communication Surveillance (for all communication channels like voice, chat and emails), Employee compliance and Customer suitability.
· AFC: On Anti Money Laundering and Anti Financial Crime end, this domain is responsible for Sanctions and Embargo List Management, Name list screening, Transaction monitoring, Suspicious Activity monitoring, Non Standard behavior monitoring, etc.
· NFRM: Non Financial Risk management like Operational risk, Audit and regulatory risks.
· Records Management: Defining Records Managements policies and providing tools to manage this for entire bank.
This division needs to monitor various functions on independent basis for entire bank globally, hence we deal with huge volumes on daily basis.
Technology stack includes micro services, Angular, Linux Openshift, Hadoop, Spark , Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
We are continuously looking at infusing latest technology to build state of the art Surveillance systems for the bank.

Position Description
Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Individual is required to possess strong technical skills as a full stack developer
  • Candidate’s primary responsibility will be to work closely with functional teams and ensure the functions are built properly adhering to requirements, present architecture and standards.
  • Full Stack end to end development and ownership
  • Strong commitment towards automated testing and writing high quality code
  • Involvement in contributing to standards and practices

Experience/ Exposure
Language: Core Java
UI Technologies: Angular, JSON, REST
Automation Testing: JUnit, Mokito
Server: RHEL, Oracle 11g+
Build tools : Maven (Build tool) / ANT / Gradle
SDLC Tools: JAMA, JIRA, SONAR, VERCODE, TeamCity, BitBucket, ALM etc.
Practices: DevOPS, Agile
Other open source: Spring Famework, Spring Boot
  • Candidate should be able to demonstrate strong technical skills
  • Exposure to other technologies like UNIX, Job Scheduling (Exp: Control-M)
  • Exposure and experience in Banking Compliance or Finance Industry, or experience of Investment banking would be a big plus.
  • Engineering / MCA or MBA Degree from reputed institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and analytical ability is must.
  • High energy team player with a positive working attitude.
  • Has worked on Control-M or other scheduling agents
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices
  • Experience in relational database with exposure to PL/SQL
