Amazon Prime Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows, offering multiple ways to instantly stream and watch videos. Our mission is to build the widest selection of digital video content and make it trivially easy for customers to enjoy great content wherever and whenever they want. To help us fulfill this mission, we are looking for a smart, customer-obsessed and analytical Marketing leader to help grow our digital video business and maintain the best-in-class marketing operations. The candidate for this role will be responsible for program management and executing subscription video strategies aimed at driving discovery, trials and engagement with the right content. The candidate should be a seasoned marketer with deep customer marketing knowledge, and broad marketing experience across a wide span of disciplines including acquisition, engagement, and/or product marketing. Candidates will have experience working cross-functionally across internal teams, and driving programs that reach millions of customers, as well as an aptitude for data analysis. A mind for innovation, thinking big, and learning through testing is highly valued. This role will be based out of Mumbai.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
· Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
· Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
· 5+ years of marketing experience
· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
· Experience managing teams
· Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders
This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to deliver through 10+ product, marketing and business teams in India. A creative bent of mind, coupled with sharp analytical skills, high ownership and customer obsession, and proven ability to influence without authority will be critical to succeed in this role.
When successful, this leader will influence tens of millions of customers to choose Amazon as their preferred destination for consuming entertainment content.
§ Growth and opportunity sizing: Work backwards from customers needs to develop and articulate a bold vision for Prime Video growth and engagement
§ Goal setting: Set business and customer engagement goals and KPIs by clearly understanding different cohorts and their CX needs - establish monthly, quarterly and annual goals for the business
§ Marketing Operations: Execute the vision proposed by systematically running a well-defined program with clarity on projects, ownership, and delivery timelines
§ Business Reporting: Publish program performance through weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
§ Stakeholder Management: influence senior management across 10+ teams to support the delivery of program goals by aligning on the problems, proposed solutions, effort and timelines
§ Customer Experience: Simplify the CX and develop a clear marketing strategy on Amazon via a thorough experimentation [A/B Tests] roadmap.

- Advanced management degree
- Experience in Media & Entertainment industry

- Prior relevant experience of having handled a consumer-facing digital business
- Entrepreneurial and creative spirit, ability to try different things with minimal direction
- Knowledge and passion for video content across genres and languages a big plus
