Job Description

The Yobler Ecommerce operations management executive role supports your love for technical troubleshooting and problem solving and leverages your strategic skillset to perfect the online shopping experience for Yobler customers around the country. The Ecommerce Operations management specialist continues to lead our digital transformation efforts to drive sales, e-commerce operations and create a positive customer experience. Using your previous technical knowledge, you will be responsible for leading our technical team to investigate, uncover and determine the correct course of action to resolve issues on the e-commerce portal website and, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of strategic eCommerce initiatives and establishing strong relationships with our brand and technology partners.
As the Ecommerce Operations Management Specialist your day-to-day duties will include:
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding and passion for customer experience, be able to articulate ideas that build and improve processes, operations, and systems that support our member and customer community
• Identify processes and structure for customer service team and communicate with customers
• Assume all responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day e-commerce operations by effectively managing development teams, support tickets and release cycle execution and lead user acceptance testing.
• Manage Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting and project trends for use in forecasting.
• Manage email deployment to the customer database.
• Create, test and deploy promotions and content on sites.
• Regularly test site enhancements to ensure proper functionality.
• Develop A/B testing roadmap, identify and help implement opportunities to increase conversion.
• Manage eCommerce platform experience including finding products, product images, adding to cart, and order placement process.
• Manage daily operations maintenance, liaising with the product and technical support teams on bug fixes and new development tasks
• The e-commerce operations manager will support solutions by working with internal teams to align on key components of issues, quality assurance, and customer service and identify and research root causes.
• Leveraging your in-depth understanding of eCommerce systems and application implementation, the candidate will Identify process improvement opportunities and engage with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new operational solutions, build out best practices around customer experience, order processing, and fulfillment, and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to act as a liaison between the internal stakeholders and the technical team in charge of developing the application
• Track and report activities of internal and external projects, including decks and documents for presentations.
• Project manage all eCommerce-related activities from discovery to implementation on time and under budget.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years combined experience in a business to business or business to customer digital commerce shopping experience
• Proven experience in both eCommerce operations and fulfilment.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong bias toward execution. You love working independently and thrive when given freedom and flexibility.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong prioritization skills: able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties.
• Comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce and supply chain management.
