Keeping the COO informed on the MIS Report for the assigned portfolios. Ensuring that any deviations or shortfalls are immediately brought to the attention for solution and execution thereof.
Keeping track of all incoming emails and sending replies for non-critical emails and forwarding critical files to COO for review.
Keeping track of all incoming appointments, call appointments and the reminding the COO to join the call or join the meetings.
Interact with all role holders internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the COO to seek information or pass instructions.
Following through with all assigned tasks of the COO to ensure that the tasks are completed.
Expertise in formulation of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Communication (internal) including market research, threat and opportunity analysis, core business strengthening exercise & develop and maintain competitive advantage.
Identifying various business opportunities for generating finances for Business Expansion and smooth functioning of the company.
Market Research to update the Management about up-coming Tenders domestic and International.
Budget Planning activity, cash flow Management Company wide under the guidance of Reporting Manager
