The Proteus HR team is responsible for making this vision a reality across all HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and project manage the set-up of the DWS HR Service Centre including:
    • recruitment, training of new team members
    • development of processes within and outside supporting systems including Workday
    • development of Key Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
    • liaising with existing DB Operations centre leads to learn and share best practice
  • Lead the team in day-to-day operations once the centre is set up
  • Sets objectives and standards to ensure effective operations that can support a safe and productive work environment
  • Manage escalations with DWS and external stakeholders for complex engagement issues while providing guidance and intervention, as appropriate, to resolve grievances
  • Work within Service Level Agreements and report regularly to DWS stakeholders
  • Overseeing the research, development and design of new policies and projects with the aim of introducing best practice and solutions for stakeholders
  • Support the APAC HR Lead in the set-up of DWS Legal Entities in 5 APAC locations (SCRUM)
  • Work with the global organisation on best HR practices to ensure compliance to the organization's policies

Skills and Qualifications:
You will have:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, with track record of driving and supporting high growth organisation
  • Significant experience in setting up and subsequently running an offshore HR service centre from the ground up
  • Experience in developing processes, KOPs and SLAs and managing a diverse team to meet them
  • Previous expertise in leading, managing and load balancing the case management of a service centre team
  • Ability to train new team members and establish a continuous learning environment
  • Global experience and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe
  • Working knowledge of labour regulations in our key markets and ideally possess knowledge of legislation impacting a global Asset Manager

  • Able to work under pressure and interact credibly with HR and business colleagues have a good level of tolerance for ambiguity
