District Manager – North (Institutional Sales), US MNC
This role is with world leader in providing cleaning and sanitation products, programs and services to customers in a variety of industries, including:
Foodservice (full-service restaurants, cafeteria)
Hospitality (limited to full-service restaurants, cafeterias)
Commercial Facilities (office buildings, school, retail facilities)
Designation: District Manager: Institutional North & East
Experience: 10yrs
Strong people management skills and strategy planning and PL Margins
Key Qualifications:
• You must have a degree in science or alternatively diploma/degree in engineering (chemical/mechanical/instrumentation) with a proven sales experience.
• 8 + years related sales/service experience at a supervisory level is a must.
• Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical or plumbing field will be an added advantage
Role and responsibilities:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the sales and service activities of the team including: objectives, successes, competitive strategies, customer satisfaction and retention strategies, selling strategies, and sales and service tools.
• Assign and organize territories/routes to maximize associates’ efficiency, productivity, and customer response.
• Integrate knowledge of products, programs and solutions, marketplace, competition, and associate potential in developing business plans to achieve team objectives
• Develop/implement annual business plans to achieve sales plan through customer growth, new customer activity, and competitor inroads. Additionally, ensure the achievement of the sales plan is accomplished
• Provide support to TMs as they strive to meet and exceed sales targets including sales coaching, providing support in the introduction of new products or services/programs, and ensuring the required resources are available.
