As a Distributors Channel Development Manager (Middle East), you will have as a main responsility to Develop the Strategy and and lead actions to develop electrical distributors network for electrical power distribution and control components in Middle East region, to drive growth, channel effectiness and geographical coverage
Your Key Deliverables:
  • Support existing Electrical distributors network in the region to achieve the pre-set targets, through competency enhancements, commercial support...etc.
  • Develop and utilize the commercial dashboards and KPI's for performance assessment activities for channel partners. Implement necessary actions for performance improvement.
  • Manage the partners agreements in coordination with country sales organization, legal and Marketing teams
  • Identify, qualify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with the country sales leaders to cover the targeted segments and ensure channel targets are met
  • Define with sales teams the key targets per account (Sales, segments, GTM. Etc.,) and ensure they are achieved, implement regular follow-up mechanism and related support actions
  • Coordinate with Sales, and pricing team the commercial policy for the Partners accounts in the region. And downstream channels coordination (retailers, electricians and panel builders)
  • Lead electrical distributors growth plans and related strategic initiatives in the region: manage commercial dashboards including orders, sales, stock and sell out progress
  • Orchestrate channel marketing activities with regional marketing team including media, branding, events and activities

Are you Qualifications
  • Electrical Engineering Degree, MBA is a plus
  • 10 years min experience with Electrical Distribution and control sector in middle east market
  • Electrical Distribution, Switchboard Business, sales and marketing experience
  • Good presentation skills, strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Sound experience including knowledge on Channels and competition.
  • Should be willing to travel frequently in the ME region.
  • Should have excellent team playing capabilities
  • Business development, sales and/or product marketing experience
