The Professional Services team at Salesforce India implements business and digital transformation projects for our strategic customers. This team consists of the best Salesforce experts in the country.

As the Director of Services projects, you will take on the role of leading a team of highly technical team members on a mission to translate customers vision into reality. Responsibilities- Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Achieve services targets like Gross Margin and Utilisation
- Partner with internal teams like pre-sales, sales and product management
- Ensure that projects are on track with active participation from all parties
- Lead and be responsible for the career of team members
Required Skills/Experience- 15+ years experience, predominantly leading SaaS based delivery. CRM and Salesforce knowledge mandatory
- Good to have: hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds, Integration, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce and Lightning
- Extraordinary client facing skills
- Project management experience (Agile preferred)
- Demonstrated experience of having led large consulting / delivery teams
