Digital Sales Expert
Your role in a nutshell:
Provide Account Managers and Leaders with a high-quality training experience, developing skills and capabilities to achieve the digitalization aspiration of Vodafone Business. Delivery and facilitation of highly engaging, motivational and interactive training that ensures retention and application of learning. At the same time the role will leverage Digital Sales potential across Vodafone Business and support our stakeholders with expanding their digital footprint across sales activities. Own the sales development process and end to end delivery of the training roadmap: Onboarding and Induction; Functional and Technical training; Coaching, Leadership Capabilities. Ensure training material, delivery and approach is effective, aligned to other Business training and continuously improved. The role will work closely with _VOIS Business Management in order to lead and continuously developing the academy and making it an innovative and interactive solution for talents and partners.

• Deliver development programs for the sales community: Onboarding, Transformational initiatives (Digital, CXX), Functional capabilities and Leadership.
• Identifying, creating and assessing measures to further develop (coaching) employees
• The role also involves analyses sales skills of sales staff and proposes how they can strengthen their skills
• Align with Group training plans, where applicable
• Evaluate the success of the trainings, development programs and continuously improve it
• Work close together with the Business and Sales Management team to develop and deliver People pillar strategy
• Be able to operate at all levels within the Vodafone Business organization
• Perform as strategic partner, influence change and deliver new processes
• Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions
What you will bring to the team:
• Strong Business English language knowledge
• Minimum 6 years of experience working within Sales environment
• Skilled and knowledgeable person in Inside Sales functions (Account Management and leadership)
• Clear track record of designing & implementing initiatives to exceed business needs
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working within telecommunications or IT industry
• Sales coaching experience or coaching/trainer certification
• Be able to operate at all levels within the Business organization with the highest levels of communication skills
• Strong sales, product, operations and commercial awareness
• Must be able to work independently to design new projects, engage stakeholders and implement plans with the business
