Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Candidate must have previous knowledge of complete online listing for product promotions in Amazon (Paytm will be an added advantage) to make sure our product is on the first page always and to followup the returns/ logistics with amazon business center and address the cash inflow process of our company Ario.
Comparing competitors product online and in facebook groups and knowledge sharing on strategies formation.
Comparing competitors strategy and suggesting the next best steps
generating new Online sales campaign schemes for WhatsApp and other social media engagement for audience.
Following the day/ week wise SOP
Daily Reporting in specified Format via Whatsapp.
Feed in Invoice and submit to account department and payment followup with e commerce aggregator platforms /customers ( as the case maybe)
To coordinate with logistic courier persons for dispatch process
(Dunzo, genie app coordination for product dispatch)
Help in Implementing Corporate sales through social media.
Help to grow the agent / Franchise network both online and offline.
Job Summary:
We have an immediate opening for an experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Professional, with a proven record of managing both B2C and B2B domains.
* To participate in Marketing activities,
* Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
* Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on amazon,paytm and other sale sites.
* Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
* Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
* Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
* Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
* Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
* Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
* Analytical mindset and critical thinking
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
* Persists in sales even in the face of failure
* Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
* Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
To identify the list of suppliers and the product that are required and coordinate the same within ARIO Team to add more products.

Skills and prior requirement:
* Excellent communication and writing skills is a must.
* Knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Posting and Ads, Video Campaigns, YouTube ads and You tube uploads
* 1 years-2 years experience in a similar role.
* Bachelors / Master's Degree in Marketing or related field will be an added advantage
* Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
* Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation SEO, SMM, and SMO.
* Improve visibility of targeted keywords in organic search results ( SERP)
* Experience managing PPC and Affiliate programs.
* 1-2 years’ experience with complete Digital marketing ( SEO, SMM, SMO, Email campaigns, Pay per click, Lead generation via Social Media).
* Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and SEO.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work flexibly and towards tight deadlines.
* Ability to prioritize and manage own workload effectively.
Self Motivated and Go-getter to Achieve the Targets.
Should be open for travel for the purpose of client meetings & Discussions
