Job Summary
* Deputy National Lead - Credit Operations
Job Purpose
'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.' Lead a team responsible for leveraging Business Intelligence and Analytics to get insights that can be used by Service and Operations teams to improve processes and service levels.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Planning . Coordinate with data generator and ensure compliance to all enterprise data model according to data standards. . Provide support to all business resources and monitor all ad-hoc requirements to add value to current processes . Prepare architecture for data prepare strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements. . Administer projects prepare updates and implement all phases for project to achieve all project objectives. . Manage and customize all ETL processes as per stakeholder requirement and analyze all processes for same. . Perform assessment on all reporting requirements and develop long term strategy for various reporting solutions. . Maintain and transform all strategies in AOP and roadmap according to business priorities and within budget. 2. Business intelligence . Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for Operations Department. . Monitor work of Business Intelligence team and ensure effective implementation of all Information Technology projects to achieve all client objectives. . Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements and manage team to create appropriate Dashboards on same. 3. Analytics . Work with process development and IT teams to make available systems data for Reporting & Analysis. . Manage all data for transactional sources and mentor team to create effective Dashboards & reports. . Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement in project. 4. Team management and coaching . Supervise and ensure efficient and accurate performance of the team . Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team . Determine individual training needs and development plans to build expertise and enhance skills in the team . Set objectives conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) . There is a need ton work with a large number of stakeholders across business IT and other departments. There is often no clear ownership or single source of data. . The team needs to understand requirements from both a technical and functional standpoint so there is significant amount of guidance and handholding required. 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) . Prioritizing amongst the various requests that come from the business teams. . Work allocation within the team. . Choice of external partners for analytics.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications . Minimum Qualification: BE/ BTech, MBA preferred b) Work Experience . Minimum 10 years of experience . Should have a background in analytics, in the BFSI industry . Ideally, should have worked across different businesses and products
