24x7x365 Cloud infrastructure and application monitoring
24x5 support and weekend on-call support for L2 & 3 administration and services
Incident, Problem, change management & service improvement for the overall cloud server, service & application infrastructure
Triage alerts and resolve or escalate as appropriate
Define operating procedures and run books based on best practices, application requirements and incident history
Resolve alerts/outages based on standard operating procedures /run books
Escalate issues to application support team as appropriate.
Azure Resource deployment based on DevOps methodologies using Azure native tools.
AWS Resource deployment based on Devops methodologies using inhouse developed deployment & configuration tools as well as AWS tools & PowerShell scripting to support environments running in AWS
Cloud Resource management: Tagging, grouping, Tennant configuration, financial reporting to application owners
Cloud security configuration for application teams using agile devops methodologies
Liaison with Microsoft / Amazon for issues related to Cloud Service issues
Cloud capacity optimization activities
Service hardening for cloud services
Configure & support environment with PCI requirements
Release & deployment support
Provide weekly status reports
Undertake all necessary development activities required to deploy and automate using Agile Devops methodologies
Semi Annually Disaster recovery testing
Semi Annually Business continuity plan adjustments
Cloud Network related administration including virtual gateways, Load balancers, Application Firewall & VPN gateways
Continuous service improvements (Incident Reduction, Technology Maturity)
RCA for P1 incidents
