Job Description SIP Telecom Engineer
Mandatory requirements:- Cisco VOIP & AT&T
  • Have experience creating and deploying SIP/VoIP telephony solutions, preferably within a contact center environment
  • Have worked in customer focused solution delivery, and can network effectively with internal teams to produce solutions
  • Up to date hands-on experience on SIP trunking based telephony solutions, including design and implementation . Design and implementation of enterprise or service provider, including architecture and fault tolerance planning
  • Have an understanding of programming languages (specifically C# (or C/C++) mainly in modern, cloud oriented (ideally AWS), Microsoft .NET environments . Experience in SIP and RTP hands-on troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience on ideally with AudioCodes, Cisco, Avaya, Acme Packet) . Generic knowledge of IP routing and switching technologies . Working knowledge of network troubleshooting tools . Knowledge of PCI compliance and associated standards such as ISO 27001 would be useful, training can be provided.
  • Work on detailed and complex projects integrating multiple technologies across multiple disciplines, as part of a team of engineers.
  • Meet with customers via remote methods to discuss needs of the business, develop technical solution to address the need, and implement solutions via remote means.
  • Maintain a deep technical knowledge of VOIP technologies and cloud communication technologies.
  • Attend training to maintain current knowledge of network, storage, virtualization, cloud and general data center technologies.
  • Maintain technical certifications as assigned to ensure priority standing with business partners and customers.

.Must have experience with design, configuration and implementations of Microsoft Teams Meetings, phone system, direct routing, device support of meeting rooms and calling. Working knowledge of interoperability with 3rd party meetings and phone system solutions and management in the cloud - knowledge of WebEx, Zoom, GotoMeeting.
.Cloud knowledge and experience in Office 365 (Microsoft 365) and Azure required. Experience with identity solutions, security and compliance relative to hybrid solutions, CAF working knowledge preferred.
