Role and Responsibilities of Support Member
As the Technical Support you will be responsible to assist a global client base. In this position you will be responsible for-
  • Administering technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical customer issues.
  • Replicate issues and test customer configurations, recreate, track, and verify software defects in the field/ under lab conditions.
  • You will also participate in on-call rotation during off-hours to handle and support customer critical P1S1 issues
  • Provide level three technical support for our clients.
  • Work to resolve technical issues related to the client's products and infrastructure as reported by our customers technical staff.
  • Respond in a timely manner (within documented SLA) to support customer issues and inquiries
  • Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information internally and to customers
  • Perform Root cause analysis and propose solutions based on available techniques.
  • Work independently with our customers technical teams on technical issues. While working to resolve complex technical problems, including escalations to our product engineers.
  • Reproduce and debug customer-reported problems in a lab environment as necessary, and working with the engineering and test teams to resolve issues
  • Provide timely feedback within the development process regarding customer-reported product issues
  • Participate in knowledge sharing through the creation of knowledge base articles.
  • Define, coordinate, and prioritize customer feedback and ideas into engineering requirements for future enhancements to the client's services.
  • Work closely with Project team to implement enhancements
  • Handle Incidents, Service Request, Change Request and Problem Request

Must have:
  • Cloud computing in general (Azure-preferred): Azure Monitoring and Automation includes the following technical areas:
      • Azure Log Analytics
      • Azure Monitor Alerts and Essentials
      • Azure Application Insights
      • Azure Automation
      • Azure Functions
    • Web app development in C# programming:
    • Web API,
    • UI,
    • .NET core,
    • Entity Framework Core
    • Database (SQL preferred):
      • Understanding of Databases.
      • Retrieve data via query language.

Good to have:
    • Reach JS
    • Python,
    • Power BI,
    • Network connectivity for both private and public networks
    • PowerShell scripting understanding

Language Qualification
English Language: fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
