The HR Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is a centralized global team responsible for all aspects of data strategy, governance, reporting and analytics for workforce data. The HR Master Data Management Analyst will assume a central role on the HR Data Management team and have responsibility for executing the master and reference data strategy agenda, including classification, data quality, analytics, and operations. Our work is a blend of strategy, technology, data analysis and execution with a key focus on data-driven insights. The candidate must be passionate and committed to having an impact on the success of both HR and Firmwide Data Management. In this role, you will be expected to apply your technology, data and program management skills in order to make important contributions across HR Data Management.
Responsibilities Include
  • Executing on the overall master and reference data strategy, including the design and implementation of tools, controls, operational processes, and procedures to ensure the consistency and quality of HR reference data.
  • Partner across business and technology teams to drive implementation of the reference data strategy.
  • Support consistent and formal process to capture, assess, prioritize, and track HR reference data
  • Partner across business and technology teams to identify and prioritize HR data in need of Classification work
  • Provide oversight to ensure documentation of HR data is in line with the Firm's Data Classification Standards
  • Support operational processes for the HR reference/master data product and HR Data Catalog / Data Dictionary
  • Serve as an HR data domain lead and support HR's alignment with Firmwide Data Management policies and standards.
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and coordinate the resolution with stakeholders
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure delivery of accurate and sufficient business requirements
  • Act as thought leader for developing new processes and operating models as the function evolves.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree required
  • 5 years of experience with data analysis, data management, data modeling, and/or data architecture. Ability to successfully design, deploy and evolve solutions to meet business requirements.
  • 5 years data acumen experience in data usage, process analysis, process improvement, business analysis or data sciences, and analysis and mapping (able to query data, analyze and map). Experience working in AGILE projects is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with products like Alteryx, Tableau, and Business Objects
  • Analytical thinking to interpret various input, build requirements, and partner to solve business problems
  • Strong knowledge of business operational processes, data and technology platforms, focused on reference data
  • Consultative skills to discuss all 'matters data' tied to reference data, reporting, data analytics, and quality
  • Adept at working on multiple, concurrent projects
  • Highly organized and self-directed individual, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Advanced-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint)
