Job Description:
Role purpose:
To ensure that appropriate and accurate data is collected for operational purposes, through the effective organisation of data collection projects and activities, the expert use of data collection systems support officers and data collection assistants.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • To effectively project manage data collection activities for operational obligations
  • To be an expert on a wide range of data and its use and management.
  • To provide effective and efficient service to internal and external customers who supply or consume course data, offering advice and guidance on matters relating to data collection
  • To create and run reports which generate statistics on data collection activities and comprehensiveness.

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
