Job Title: Customer Support
Candidates should have PC/ Laptop with active internet connection at their home.
Salary for Fresher: Rs. 11000 to Rs. 15000 in hand
For Experience: Max up to Rs. 15700 in hand.
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Shift: Rotational Shift/ Rotational Week Off
Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7.Good technical knowledge
