Experience: 2 years minimum
1. Handle calls of customers on-boarded by sales team (Smile correction/ Smile straightening)
2. The initial call will be primarily to book delivery followed by issue resolution and query
Handling on successive calls
3. Ensure query resolution within 24hrs and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
4. Handle dental specific queries pertaining to our services. Overall Problem solving for Patients and coordination as necessary. Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
5. Tabulate and record responses from all customers on excels. Generate relevant
reports from the same.
6. Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who
shall visit the patient
7. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. Analyse quality of calls and strive for improvement.
