Job Role and Responsibilities

*Answer calls professionally to solve the queries and the complaints of the Customers.
*Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
*Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Competencies and Skills Required
*We are looking for candidates who have good communications skills.
*The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem.
*A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: 10000 to 20000 per month + Benefits (T&C Apply)
Education: Graduates/Undergraduates/ 12 pass out
Experience: Freshers can apply
Working Hours: Rotational Shifts (24/7 Work Environment)
Fix day shift for girls.
