Responsibilities:
• Providing real time assistance to customers with their tax related queries.
• Working with internal teams to provide speedy resolution to customer issues.
• Completing tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring company policies are followed.
Requirements:
• Should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in international process specific to customer service or international sales campaigns.
• Highly prefer candidates with basic to advanced understanding of accounting
• Ability to demonstrate customer empathy, excellent customer diplomacy skills, and problem
• Ownership - go above and beyond to provide support.
