Customer service, voice, support
At least 1-year experience in Customer Service industry (Call / Contact Center)
should have 1-5 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries,
Basic MS office application
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Language requirement: Good knowledge (Spoken & Reading) of any 2 Indian regional language (Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Assamese, Oriya) and English
Excellent communication skills, with pleasant personality and courteous phone manner

Qualification:12th and above
should be flexible with rotational shift(Day and Evening shift)
