We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.

You will be responsible for making calls and answering customer queries

Ensure, follow up with customers

You will be responsible for cross sales

Responsible for achievement of sales target

Responsible for constantly improving customer service quality.
