Leading team and Handling Tech support operations for an International Telecom account ' Query management and resolving role. '
Candidate Specification:
Experience 3 to 9 Years from International BPO back ground.
Graduation completed
Strong tech support operations experience with relevant certifications like CCNA CCNP etc most preferred
Candidates from any stream of handling International Customer service operations Good Query management and resolving skills.
Excellent communication and articulation skills.
Managing a Team with excellent client interfacing skills.
Willing to work in US shifts
