Job Description

Client activation
Calling up inactive clients for increased volumes or to communicate the value
proposition/latest promotion
To be able to educate the client on how to use our system, create transactions and
answer the queries
To be able to resolve client queries
Client Acquisition
Calling or emailing clients to schedule registration meetings
Following up diligently with clients on documentation or information on phone
Keeping a track of the pending registration and efficiently following it through
Servicing clients

Assessing and resolving customer queries over online chat, email and phone
Responding to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Liaising with operations on the customer’s transaction status and onboarding status
Following up diligently with clients on documentation or information
Entering customer data into sales system and maintaining it up to date.
Email support for customer queries / complaints / promotional messages

Shift work timings: 10am – 7pm
Excellent spoken and written: English
Atleast 1-2 years experience in customer service or sales
