Our client is one stop shop for integrated imports, exports, pre & post custom clearance formalities, transportation, warehouse & distribution and door-to-door service & service solution provider. It has operations across Pan India.

Position: Customer service Executive.

Location : Ahmedabad

Job Description:
Coordinating with Customer
Internal coordination – Operation team, Documentation team, Accounts & Transportation team
Constantly update customers with the shipment tracking details
Tracking Shipment movement and updating
Identifying bottlenecks and resolving them on time
Data Analysis
Preparing Reports
Updating Software
Preparing documents for billing
Admin related work

Required Skills:
Strong communication (verbal & written) and extraordinary presentation skills
Basic knowledge about Import / Export process
Good in Data Analysis Skill
Proficiency in English
Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
Problem solving Skill
Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
Candidate should be focused on following up independently and deliver results


1 to 5 years (Preferably same domain) Outside Gujarat candidates who are ready to relocate can also be considered.
