Job Profile:-Customer Revenue Assurance
Process:

  • Consumer Revenue Assurance manages the exception review, data analysis, ticketing management and co-ordinating the process of solution identification and testing.
  • The revenue assurance function is divided into hunting and farming activities.
  • Hunting activities identify new areas of revenue leakage outside of standard activities that are termed as farming activities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identifying & analyzing new areas of revenue leakages.
  • Analyzing exceptions and reviewing on a periodic basis.
  • Perform root cause analysis based on the exceptions and identify the source of the issue.
  • Responsible for implementing preventive & corrective actions based on the root cause identified.
  • Perform detailed problem analysis with impact assessment on volume and occurrence of incidents.
  • Responsible for opening tickets in FIT both for system issues & non-system issues.
  • Analyse IT related tickets severity levels and get a faster closure by coordinating with different stake holders impacted.
  • Responsible for coordinating the process of solution identification & deployment.
  • End to end support for Performance testing for deployed solutions and its effective implementation.
  • Develop and ensure adequate controls in place for the solutions implemented.
  • Monitor revenue commitment tracking with shortfalls if any.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders for revenue commitments against identified targets.
  • Investigate the revenue shortfalls and perform revenue applications against shortfalls.
  • Analyze Early Termination Fee (ETF), investigate validity of charges, send output file to shared services and report exceptions if any.
  • Perform contract expiry validations & extract expired contract data from data warehouse.
  • Validate the expired contract re-rate function for the billed regulated services in CIRS & CABS in order to avoid automatic re-rating in the biller upon contract expiration.
  • Manual validation of Biller data and populate the data in ERC
  • Compile and scrub validated data and load the data into seller notification database (CCPT).
  • Giving sales, product and customer notifications based on the re-rate results.
  • Perform Re- rate processing, Re-rate tracking and revenue reporting.
  • Ensure accurate order completion, track monthly re-rate status, validate and report actual revenue impacted due to re-rating, etc.
  • Perform forecasting of revenue, analyse and report revenue blocks and associated releases.

MINM EXP- 1+ YEAR
SKILL SETS REQUIRED:-
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to organize, evaluate, and present complex data with excellent written and orally.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Working knowledge of Excel experience
  • Customer service skills

Salary-upto 25k ctc+FREE PICK AND DROP CAB WITHIN 30 KMS FROM THE WORK LOCATION
