· Managing CRM activities in a real estate
· Must have very good interpersonal & communication skill and managed end to end post sales activities.
· Follow up with clients for registration & post registration documentation.
· Handling queries & resolving it Follow up for the payments from client through Reminder letters, Verbal communication and Emails by adhering to the given time line.
· Collection and Documentation: Documents such as Welcome letter, Demand Letter, Allotment letter, Reminders, Cost sheet, Receipts, Agreements Etc.
· Facilitate in timely execution and Registration process. Facilitate in handing over possession of property to the buyers and the necessary documentation.
· Cross check sale deed agreement before registration.
· Effective customer relationship management post- sales.
· Ensuring high standards of service delivery query resolution within specified TATs.
· Periodically publish information on successful events, highlight positive customer experience and citizen's positive comments on social media pages.
· Maintain healthy Csat metrics including post- possession Csat = 4 (on a scale of 0- 5)
· Good degree in Sales & marketing, MBA in sales & marketing preferred but not mandatory – Females preferred.
· 3-6 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry as a CRM
· Understanding of the Real Estate business is compulsory
· Open personality with keen exploratory streak
· Able to rapidly establish interpersonal connection
· Pro-active nature and a go-getter
· Strong emphasis on meeting deadlines
· Committed to ensuring high standard of delivery
· Willing to learn and grow own knowledge of the technicalities of the business
· Expert at handling MS Office: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
