8Job Description:
Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries
Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding sales to customer service problems.
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
Following up complicated customer calls where required.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
9.Specific skills required:Good communication skill, Self motivated,Good People management skill, Good Negotiation Skill, Computer Savvy, MS office , Email (technical knowledge) , High level of Enthusiasm and energy, Good departmental work experience
