The Employer

Our client is a banking platform that allows SMEs and startups to open business accounts. In addition to the traditional banking services, they have helped thousands of businesses automate their accounting and manage their expenses. They aim to continue redefining the way SMEs and startups bank as well as deliver a seamless business banking experience.

The Job

You will be responsible for :
  • Efficiently responding and resolving merchant queries and complaints.
  • Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
  • Escalating unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

The Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification, preferably in Business / Commerce / Finance disciplines.
  • You possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a problem solving attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is a must in order to liaise with clients and customers.
  • You have prior experience in handling client chats and emails.
