Designation: Customer Care Representative (Chat & Email)
Experience: Min 1 year exp
Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • End to End Customer Management and Order management

Mandatory Skills / Qualification:
  • Exposure in chat & email process for international customers
  • Open to work 24 x 7 x 365
  • Multi-tasking is a must
  • Comprehension and written language expertise required
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of chat & email process working experience (1 year is a qualifier)
  • Good grammar
  • Typing speed High (above 40 wpm) as you will be handling multiple screens and platforms when
  • resolving callers query or requirement
  • Knowledge of US states and time zones is important
  • Good if you are aware of the various chains of markets etc that are operational in USA
  • Polite and empathetic, given the current scenario
  • Sound Knowledge of word, excel
  • Graduation from any field or 12th
  • Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
