Qualification - Any Graduate Fresher /Experienced (Except BE/B.tech/B.sc IT) with good English Communication skill can apply.
Location: Airoli,Mumbai
Job Description :
. Interact with customers via chat and address issues
. Help customers with new updates and offers
. Resolve queries related to sim cards, network, bills issues
. Maintain SLA and quality
Facilities:
Both way cab
Weekly 5 days working
Night shift (Rotational Shift)
Requirements
Any Non Technical Graduate with excellent Communication Required
Should be comfortable in night shift
