Job Description

  • Business development and customer acquisition account management, partner/channelbusiness, to develop telecom solutions for Call Center solutions and CT Solutions
  • Present, promote and sell Telecom solutions (Voip Gateways, GSM Gateways, IP networks, IP Phones, PRI cards etc.)
  • Excell in a competitive environment using solid arguments, perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to existing and prospective customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, develop new business and manage relationships with top customers.
  • Acquire new accounts. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients , report to Management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales result.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
  • Gather customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate solution to meet the requirements.
  • Provide outstanding customer satisfaction to increase word of mouth sales and ensure retention and build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Candidate Profile:
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management – provide high level of interactive service to targeted customer base/market, building relationships and a referral network within a territory.
  • Team Orientation & Interpersonal – highly motivated, passionate and creative team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization.
  • Communication – able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Organization & Time Management – able to work independently with minimal supervision and a high degree of self-motivation and self-direction. Able to plan, schedule, and organize professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a high pressure environment.
  • Understanding of Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, VoipGateways and IP networks.
