Summary
You will have to ensure credit are extended to the credit worthy customers. Keep the aging in normal accepted norms. You need to ensure that the queries from the customers are addressed at most cared and timely manner. The payments are collected on time and accounted accurately. You will have to review the financials reports and to present the analysis to assists other divisions to make sound business decisions to achieve their goals. You will have to manage the team members to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operations.
Qualifications
Someone who delivers quality work on time and ensures team work to consistently produce quality outcomes. Someone who creates realistic action plans consistent with hotel objectives and acts in a timely and decisive manner to keep work on track. Someone who works effectively across teams and functions and supports team decisions. Someone who listens to others empathetically and communicates messages effectively, verbally and in writing.
