Job Description:
Description\nThe Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for identifying top talent for the client's business groups as assigned. This position will be responsible for the identification, recruitment and on-boarding of employees throughout the organization utilizing direct sourcing techniques including personal networking, online search, and leveraging internal tools and resources. Along with the responsibilities noted above, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage enterprise wide projects to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within the Talent Acquisition function across all business lines. Talent Acquisition • Develop and implement effective and comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned requisitions. • Identify passive, senior level talent through non-traditional methods including social networking, AIRS techniques (Boolean, flipping, peeling, x-raying), cold calling and external networking. • Deliver qualified and diverse candidate slates to fill identified positions • Interview candidates using advanced behavioral techniques to determine most qualified • Manage interview and selection process to ensure superior candidate experience while providing strategic advice and counsel to senior executives • Manage background verification process • Effectively assess candidate's probability of offer acceptance; identify other competing opportunities, conduct a complete review of the current compensation package to include incentives and negotiate final offer • Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Project Management • Management of assigned Talent Acquisition program(s) to include pilot programs and enterprise-wide rollouts • Work with all client's locations in determining local best practices and optimal solution(s) for all pilots and program introductions or enhancements • On regular basis, evaluate effectiveness of current practices, programs, or vendors and conduct due diligence on alternatives, make recommendation for future, and implement new program/processes as appropriate Subject Matter Expert • Work with business unit leaders in developing strategies, identifying issues and opportunities, streamlining processes, bridging communication, and producing meaningful metrics for analysis and course correction • Provide recommendations to advance efforts of RPO team and resolve difficult recruitment issues Reporting • Maintains detailed and accurate recruiting records to fulfill external reporting requirements and provide internal customers with meaningful statistics and analysis • Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required • Provides analysis of data and recommends appropriate course corrections Special Initiatives • Lead special initiatives such as Campus Recruitment or new business staffing projects • Develop strategies and manage process in representing company at related strategic events • 8+ years professional experience, with 4 or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, and project management experience • Strong technology skills including ATS expertise, web mining, and PC experience working with Microsoft • Office software; excellent project management skills • High energy, excellent attention to detail and follow-up, tenacity, and strong relationship building skills are required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to contribute in senior management meetings • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and Recruitment Technologies.
