We are currently looking to hire a Compliance Specialist who will be an essential part of the team assisting the management of internal compliance oversight, working with the US Compliance manager to assist with processes and controls with respect to our global compliance, regulatory and risk management responsibilities. Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison on general Training and Onboarding matters providing guidance and support to business areas
  • Day-to-day operational compliance activities using internal management tools
  • Ad hoc projects or activities as directed
  • Compliance Policy Management
    • Liaise with Policy management office as required
    • Manage annual policy attestation process
    • Review and update polices as directed
  • Onboarding and offboarding for all employees, including temps and contractors:
    • Compliance 11 profile creation, assignment of all applicable entities, affirmations, certifications
    • Navex profile creation, assignment of appropriate trainings
    • Send welcome email, track completion of certifications and training items, follow up as necessary
    • Communicate with IT and other departments as necessary to resolve login/access issues
    • Track employee exit notices
    • Deactivate employees in Compliance 11 and Navex
    • Collaborate with compliance and other departments as needed
  • Administration of firm training program
    • Work with compliance team to implement training courses
    • Track training completion via reports within the Navex system
    • Send follow up emails as necessary
    • Liaise with other departments/management as necessary to ensure training completion
    • Manage login and access issues
  • Special projects as needed

Requirements
  • Graduate with minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Positive attitude to learning and engaging with stakeholders
  • Service focus with a passion to deliver to high standards
  • Strong, diligent work ethic
  • Intellectually rigorous and curious
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle conflicting tasks successfully
