Work you'll do
  • As a sales leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include increasing cloud adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts.

    The ideal candidate will possess both a business development and technical background that enables him or her to engage at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory/account coverage plan business objectives.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    - Exceed set sales targets and business objectives.
    - Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
    - Create & articulate compelling value propositions around cloud services.
    - Work closely with AWS teams to extend reach & drive adoption.
    - Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc), Web & Mobile solutions, BI, Data Warehouse, Big Data & Analytics solutions
    - Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
    - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
    - Ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required
  • Overall 12+ years sales experience of which at least 2 years in public cloud space (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering along with MBA/equivalent from reputed institutions
  • Must possess relationship and experience in working with CXO's of large enterprises
  • Consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics
  • Outstanding Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
  • This role will require travel
